Can I synchronize my Sony Ericsson k750i with my Lotus Notes calendar?

Or it can even be helpful to be able to synchronize my windows outlook calendar with Lotus notus calendar. the problem is I have windows outlook at home and on my phone software but my company uses Lotus notes.
