Notes Software

Is there any software that I can use to determine notes I hit?

I need a program or software which i can plug my mic into and it will tell me the notes I hit..PLEASE HELP !

1. Look for guitar tuning software. If you plug in your mic instead of a guitar, it'll tell you what tones you're singing.
