Is there a product that will make the back of paper sticky enough to stick, but then restick?

Something like the adhesive on the back of sticky notes? I'm making paper dolls but have some clothing that doesn't have tabs to fold onto the doll, and I thought this would be a good solution.

1. You can get something called "Craftmount Repositionable Adhesive Spray" made by a company called 3M here in the UK. That might be the sort of thing you need?
2. Zig 2 way glue. You'll find it in the scrapbooking section of walmart, or any craft store that carries scrapbooking supplies. Allpy the glue and let it dry before sticking it to the other piece of paper and it is repositional. There are directions on the packaging.
