software that arranges notes?

i am looking for a software that arranges school notes and works more like an offline website. please include a website where this can be downloaded for free. please help.

1. Try microsoft one note. If you go to college you can most likely get a free student copy. I know around here they were giving it out free to students, I'm not sure how well it works though I've never used it. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/onenote/default.aspx Free trial on their website.
