Windows software that can tell you the notes in a song and display the sheet music?

I like garageband but don't want a mac.... Norman, it woulda been helpful if you told me the programs that display sheet music and actually answered my question.... roo, garageband does what i described. Anything possible....

1. There's nothing that will do what you describe. The closest free equivalent to Garageband is called Audacity. It's available from audacity.sourceforge.net.
2. Good Day....There are a few software which can show you the notes while playing or even the music sheet while playing but it will not tell you what note is being read.....Why don't you study how to read notes any way it's only seven notes DO, RE, MI, FA, SOL, LA, TI .....You can easily remember that ....with a proper instruction, You can read notes in just a few days......Good Luck......
