post it notes softeware- my notes disappeared!?

I download the free version of post it software notes lite, and have been using it for a few months- now i mistakenly dragged a note with important information onto my FF browser- and it disappeared! I need the data- please help!

1. "How can I backup my notes? Notes and memoboards are stored in the file PSNData. This file is located in "Application Data\3M\PDNotes" in your user directory, usually found at C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\3M\PDNotes. It is recommended that if you store important information in your notes, you should include PSNData in your routine system backups"
