How can I integrate our company's lotus notes work into sharepoint?

Many employees are using lotus notes. I was wondering if there's any way to combine Lotus Notes and SharePoint. I was looking everywhere buy couldn't find a solution. I'm sure someone thought of this, I would really appreciate any links to any websites dealing with this so I can make my choice. Thanks!
