Notes Software

Does anyone know where I can download free software for my PC to sync my Palm Treo 700wx?

I have a Palm Treo Smartphone 700wx (bell) and I believe that I need to download a program to my PC so that I can sync my lotus notes, yahoo address book, outlook calendar and other functions. Does anyone know where I can get what I need to make this happen?
