What is with the sticky notes in Crush?

(video by David Archuleta) I saw them put sticky notes on each others foreheads, but I couldn't tell what they said!! Someone please help!!! EASY 10 POINTS!!!! Which one of those is right???? HELP

1. Its a game, you put a sticky note with like an animal or something. And everyone else has to act it out so then you can quess it right...
2. They were playing a game. On the one girl, it said "Bruce Lee". On the one guy, it said "Carrot Head." And on David's head, it said "Brad Pitt." lol. And i couldn't read the rest of them. Like the sitcky note on the girl he likes.
3. I've played that game. No one knows what their own sticky note says. They have to ask questions to find out who they are. The girl who answered before me got all the names right, but I thing Haygood's sticky says "David Archuleta."
